EGM Information

The Board of VHMC has called an EGM for 22nd February 2021. All VHMC members are strongly encouraged to attend.

The calling notice details the original information provided to members at the point that the EGM date was first set.

EGM Agenda
The agenda includes supporting information relevant to each resolution to be voted on.

EGM Voting
The deadline for returning proxy / voting forms has now passed. Members who have not returned a form – either by post, e-mail or through the secure docusign service – may still be eligible to vote in person during the EGM. Votes during the EGM will be conducted through an on-line voting system – instructions on how to access resolution specific on-line voting forms will be shared with members during the course of the meeting.

Registration from 18:00; Meeting Commences 18:30.
Please join as early as possible in order that VHMC staff can verify your identity and voting rights prior to being admitted to the meeting.
