Past Meetings

VHMC actively promotes a culture of open access to information by its members.

Information relating to past meetings (including agendas, minutes and supporting documentation) are made available to members through this website as soon as possible following each meeting. 

From time to time, it may be necessary for the board to withhold the publication of some information in order to protect the broader interest of VHMC (for example, any board discussions on its strategy for progressing and resolving any potential or on-going litigation). Where this is the case, relevant documentation (e.g.: meeting minutes) will clearly identify sections of information that have been withheld and the anticipated date by which the additional information will be made available to members.
