For landlords with existing tenancy agreements entered into before the 1st Nov 2020 you (or your agent) will be required to provide limited details of the agreement. This will include;

• Flat Owners details
• Agent details (if any)
• Tenant details, including contact information used for emergencies.
• Tenancy details, including the duration, start and end dates.
