Winterthur Way Estate Rules

Estate rules and regulations consistent with both the  agreed goals of VHMC and leaseholders legal obligations are now enforced across the Winterthur Way development. Click Here to download the estate rule book.

VHMCs managing agent is responsible for the enforcement of these rules. Any complaints regarding the rules or there enforcement should in the first instance be addressed to the managing agent. Thereafter, complaints should be progressed according to the published complaints policy.
